The forums are back up!  After hours and hours of fixing the database (damage from the hackers), I've updated to the latest version of PhpBB.  There may be some problems here and there but it looks pretty good overall.  If for some reason your username and password don't work, let me know.  There were a couple of usernames that didn't make the transition for one reason or another.

TheSkyhook has a new home!  Our move is complete but we have more work to do.

The new forum will be up and working next weekend.  A new logo is being developed that will headline the website.  And we're looking to supplement our content with some updated info.  Oh, and of course, I'm going to try to make the reunion ACTUALLY HAPPEN!

The memorial service is open for anyone to attend. The actual burial will be a private family affair.

If you would like to send flowers or cards, I’m sure the mortuary would be more than happy to accept them for JC. If for some reason that doesn’t work out, contact me.

John Collins recently passed away. The details are sketchy at this point, but I will provide an update here as soon as I find out what happened. I am assuming that there will be a service.

It is with great sadness that I pass this information along. Leo Shiang, a current Custodial Bussing Cast Member passed away on Friday. Many of you do not know Leo as my memory tells me that he didn’t hire in until the early-mid 90’s, but I’m sure you can relate to the situation as we have lost several of our friends from the Park over the years. I’ve outlined Leo’s situation on the 'In Our Thoughts' section if you haven’t already read it.

Leo’s sister has allowed me to pass along this information about his funeral:

OK, so I've been absent for a couple of months. But that doesn't mean I haven't been working on the reunion! I've found one location for the reunion and am working on a 2nd. My goal is to have 3 different locations to choose from. One close to the park and 2 others in Orange County. The place I found is in Irvine and will serve us a buffet with Prime Rib for $25-$30! Not bad. I'll keep you posted...

I am currently testing forum software so that the 752 community can communicate with each other. Give me about a month to finish this and I'll have something up and running. I'll also be posting a name listing of those people who have already registered their info for the reunion.

I received an anonymous letter today- very interesting. It looks like the writer sent this to Roy Disney's SaveDisney.com site. You can read it for yourselves here. This letter is a response to the deteriorating situation with the Custodial Bussing Department. It's an interesting read and deserves a few minutes of your time. It makes me want to put my career expertise to use and volunteer my time to help their union get things straight. Check it out.

It has been brought to my attention that the impending break up of Custodial Bussing is near. I would like to post some accurate information on any recent events surrounding the situation. Can someone please email me an update on what the current situation is?

I've opened up a couple of new sections of the site including Pictures and In Our Thoughts. Please visit these sections for an explanation. Then of course, I NEED YOUR CONTENT. This includes information on Leo Shiang's current condition and some respectful pictures and information regarding Bob Ward and Robert "BoBo" Richey.

First and foremost, the site is up! Three days after Steve and I had this silly notion we have a web presence.
